Accucold ARG3PV456 3 Cu.Ft. Counter Height Vaccine Refrigerator

The ARG3PV456 is a 3 cu.ft. refrigerator designed for storing vaccines. Its adjustable control range of +2 to +8ºC is controlled by an external microprocessor temperature controller. This setup minimizes door openings, protecting the stored contents from changes in ambient temperature. The unit also features a glycol-filled bottle encasing a buffered temperature probe, ensuring accurate simulation of product temperature. An additional air temperature sensor provides further control, with precise display in Celsius or Fahrenheit to the nearest tenth of a degree. Audible and visual alarms are triggered if the temperature goes out of range, including alerts for power failure, door open, and sensor failure. The refrigerator also has remote alarm contacts and a 1/2" probe port for external monitoring devices. A hospital grade cord with a 'green dot' plug is included for added safety in busy environments.

Inside, the ARG3PV456 utilizes adjustable cycle defrost operation to avoid temperature spikes. Optimized forced air cooling with an internal fan to ensure excellent temperature stability and uniformity with rapid recovery after door openings. The adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves can be positioned at 1/2" increments to accommodate virtually any sized item. This unit includes LED internal lighting with an on/off rocker switch. The interior is constructed from white powder coated metal to ensure added durability and better temperature retention. 

The ARG3PV456 comes in a white cabinet finish with a blue accented control panel. The factory-installed antimicrobial handle is powder-coated with naturally occurring silver ions, which help to reduce the spread of germs, allowing for a safer, cleaner user experience. The double pane tempered glass door provides a full view of the interior. The door ships with a right hand swing and self-closing function. This model includes a factory-installed lock and ships with two keys for staff use. Powerful magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal.

Designed with hydrocarbon refrigerant, the ARG3PV456 provides an energy efficient solution to vaccine storage. This unit is Pyxis, Omnicell, and AcuDose RX compatible. ABOUT NSF 456: NSF/ANSI 456 is a voluntary standard introduced in 2021 that was designed to establish the performance and construction requirements for vaccine refrigeration. Models certified to this standard undergo strict testing to confirm temperatury consistency. All Accucold units approved to NSF 456 for vaccine storage are certified by an independent testing agency.
