In the event of slight shipping delays due to logistics beyond our store's control, these will not be our responsibility. As this is a pre-order product, cancellations are not permitted for pre-order items.

In rare cases, the distributor may apply small cuts to the quantity finally allocated to stores, which is completely beyond our management. Normally, this type of adjustment is communicated 2 to 3 weeks before the launch.

Should there be any modification to our allocation, affected customers will be notified immediately, and the corresponding refund will be processed instantly. In that scenario, orders will be honored in order of purchase.
