Summit's Made in Italy gas cooktops offer a powerful performance in a durable, safe, and stylish design.

The GCJ365SSLPTK is a 5-burner propane gas cooktop made with a 304 grade stainless steel surface. It is designed to fit in a 34" wide space, but with the included stainless steel trim kit, it can also cover wider cutouts intended for traditional 36" counter spaces. With its spacious cooking area, multiple burners can be used simultaneously, and its continuous cast iron grates allow for easy movement of heavy pots and pans between burners. For added safety, the upfront heavy-duty round knobs require a gentle push-to-turn motion to ignite, and include thermocouple flame protection to automatically shut off the gas if the flame goes out. 

With the inclusion of five Defendi-manufactured gas burners, this cooktop offers a wide range of cooking options for exceptional performance. The left-side dual flame burner has a total of 15,300 BTUs, and comes with a cast iron wok ring for quick heating of larger cooking vessels. Additionally, the burner has an inner flame with a maximum of 2,050 BTUs, making it perfect for heating sauces. The top-center and lower-right semi-rapid 6,000 BTU burners are suitable for most cooking needs, while the bottom-center 3,400 BTU auxiliary burner is great for precise heating and cooking. Lastly, the top right 10,000 BTU rapid burner is ideal for boiling water or cooking larger dishes. 

The GCJ536SSLPTK features electronic spark ignition and is equipped with a pre-installed 3-prong 115V power cord. It comes preset for propane use, but we also provide a conversion kit to easily switch to natural gas.
